Welcome to Wavelength game at wavelengthgame.im. We provide a free browser-based spectrum party game you can play in hotseat on one device (no app download required for the demo). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Wavelength game online.
Wavelength game is an independent online experience inspired by the Wavelength party game. It is not the official Wavelength board game, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the company that publishes that board game. We do not sell the physical board game.
The service includes a playable demo on the landing page: spectrum cards, Psychic and guesser roles, a dial, scoring bands, and two-team play (Left Brain and Right Brain) with a first-to-10 match format, as described on the site. Features, rules, and content may change over time.
You must use Wavelength game in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for how you and your group play—including clues spoken out loud, screen sharing on calls, and conduct at your table or call. The game is intended for social play; parents and hosts should decide whether it is appropriate for minors in their group.
You agree not to:
You can try the hotseat demo without creating an account. If we offer optional sign-in, registration, or paid features in the future, additional terms may apply at checkout or in your account settings. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Wavelength game is a local hotseat experience on one screen unless your group chooses to share a window on a video call. Only the Psychic should see the hidden target before the guess is locked, as in the rules on the site. You play on an honour system with the people in your room or call—we are not a referee for offline disputes.
Spectrums, topic filters, and card content are provided for entertainment. Some topics may be marked as spicier or party-safe; hosts should choose categories suitable for their group.
Clues you say aloud, scores at your table, and personal use of the demo in private settings are yours; we do not claim ownership of your speech or your offline game night.
Our collection and use of information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Wavelength game, you also agree to that policy.
The browser hotseat demo described on wavelengthgame.im is free to try unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific feature. If we introduce paid plans or credits later, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you pay. Payments, if any, may be processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.
Wavelength game online is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free play, or that every spectrum or score calculation will meet every group's expectations. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
We do not guarantee that browser play replaces the official board game or any licensed product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wavelength game, wavelengthgame.im, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk to the service or others, or for operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Wavelength game after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
